نقل البضائع الوطنية والدولية
في العام 1985 أطلقت مجموعة المهيدب خدمة النقل البري بهدف إتمام عمليات النقل التي تقتضيها طبيعة أعمال المجموعة، والتي تمثلت في ذلك الوقت في نقل الأخشاب، ومواد البناء، ومن ثم المواد الغذائية. هذا الوضع تطلب وجود عدد من الشاحنات متوسطة الحجم لتولي عمليات الشحن اليومي للبضائع من الموانئ إلى مدن المملكة الرئيسية وتحديدا بين مدن: الدمام، الرياض، وجدة التي كانت جميعها بمثابة المقار الرئيسية لمجمل أعمال المجموعة.
ومع التطور الحضاري والعمراني الذي شهدته المملكة في سنواتها اللاحقة، مضت المجموعة في أداء مهامها على إمتداد تلك السنوات، وبدعم كامل من قطاع النقل البري بالمجموعة الذي إستطاع يوماً بعد آخر تحقيق المزيد من النجاحات والتطورات التي قادتنا إلى كسب ثقة الجميع على الصعيدين المحلي والإقليمي. آخذين بعين الإعتبار الارتقاء بخدماتنا، وتحديث أسطولنا إلى جانب توسيع شبكة عملياتنا، ونطاق أعمالنا. وفي خضم المرحلة الراهنة، فإن أسطولنا المؤلف من 200 ناقلة برية و أكثر 250 سائق محترف يغطي أكثر من 50 وجهة محلية وخليجية ملبين بذلك تطلعات المجموعة، وتوقعات عملائنا في المملكة و دول الخليج الأخرى، لنحقق بفضل من الله وتوفيقه أعلى مستويات الخدمة والأداء. بهذه الفلسفة، وبهذه الروح نواصل في قطاع النقل البري عملياتنا لنكون دوماً عن حسن الظن بنا.
